If your iPhone 12 or 12 Pro goes no sound when you making a phone call, don't rush to the repair shops.

Apple released a latest support program about the free fix for iPhone 12 series. They announced that there's a fault with iPhone 12 series' earpieces. And they will provide free fix for this issue.

Please notice that this program doesn't cover the 12 mini and 12 Pro Max.
